Delivered broken appliance - won't help to rectify
I needed 2 appliances and a friend mentioned Canadian Appliance Source. It was a quick purchase with a fair price.
Unfortunately everything fell off the rails from there.
The dishwasher they delivered was broken and the company is unsympathetic and wipes their hands clean of everything and is unwilling to help. I advised them that due to safety concerns for one child at home we needed a functioning dishwasher but they didn't care.
The process of being forced to email different departments with exchanges and replies occuring only every 24-36 hours is archaic and inefficient
I even tried to solicit the help of upper management and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply
I have purchased products from many retailers in my life including appliances and can say this has been the worst retail and customer service experience I have ever had. I am taking a financial loss in this experience so that I can rectify this
