Delivery and installation of a new washer

I was initially given a 4 hours window and I could actually track their progress through their website. it's been a very pleasant experience knowing exactly when they'll arrive and not just sit and wait for 4 hours.
the 2 delivery guys showed up with face covers and shoes covers. removed the old washer from the second floor and brought up and installed the new one. all was done carefully without any damage to the property.
