Called them for a water heater problem. 2 technicians showed up made a quick diagnosis and quoted me $1200 flat rate for the repair which is probably something that would take less than 2 hours. The $200 call would be covered if I went ahead with the job? I'm not a plumber however I understand how things work. Just because I live in the city doesn't give you a license to charge whatever you want.
