We would like to sincerely apologize for the caused inconvenience. Our main goal is to satisfy the needs of all our customers and assist them as much as possible. As per our phone conversation, regretfully one of our drivers had to leave the country due to a family emergency and we were unable to supply his position for this period of time. As we do not use subcontractors, our only solution was to cancel your reservation and hope that 2 weeks will be sufficient to find another moving company. We would like to assure you that it is not the way we build our business and we hope that in the future we will have the opportunity to assist you with another move and proof our professionalism and a 1st class moving service.
