2 bedrooms from Winnipeg to Toronto

We used Centennial to move from Winnipeg to Toronto. The movers were nothing but attentive and patient, and all around nice guys.
They were on-time, prepared with furniture blankets and other tools and handled all of our things with care while still being super efficient.
Not only were the guys doing the moving great, but also the customer service and communication were on a very professional level.
Highly recommend - seriously, there's no need to keep shopping around.

Move

It was my first time using Centennial Moving and they were excellent. Just Wow!! They were cooperative and helpful. There was no damage to walls or doors when moving large items out and in the two homes. The staff was very personable, prompt, and efficient. The movers took great care in packing my items into the truck, they knew exactly what they were doing and were very conscientious about fragile items. In the end, nothing got damaged and everything was handled carefully and with accuracy. Thank's for everything once again!

Professional Movers

I have moved more times that I would care to remember and even if this was the longest distance move in my life, it was by far the easiest and most pain free move to date. My wife and I had to move a piano and honestly speaking, we were very concerned about this but these movers did a fantastic job. The piano was kept in great care, the same as our other belongings. All our furniture was wrapped and packed professionally; the service was just beyond my expectation. After several terrible experiences with companies ranging from cheap to expensive, Centennial Moving is the only company we will ever use for moving from now on. You guys have made our move stress free and comfortable!

Moving 1bdr from Toronto to Vancouver

It's hard to explain how much stress this company put on our move from Toronto to Vancouver.
It all started very well with a long QA with our rep Trey and you could get all the answers to your questions. How easy it will be considering our situation. However, once we got closer to our agreed moving date, it appeared that the pick up has been cancelled 3 business days before the date. And the only option is to pick up all the stuff the next day(on Saturday morning), which means that you are left in an empty apartment for 5 days and have to pack everything in 1 day. The only other option was to cancel the move.
The moving team didn't have any tools with them, so we had to leave our bed frame there and the whole move out was very slow, considering we were in an apartment building and taking somebodies reserved time for the elevator.
Once the goods were picked up we were told that they will go to the storage and arrive in the beginning of November as agreed before. When we got to Vancouver and decided to follow up on the delivery date ,we were told that goods will not arrive until mid of November and we will have to pay for additional month of storage. Wooow!!! Well, there is not much you can do, since our rep Trey didn't leave us any other options and was overall very rude and you never can get in touch with his manager.
So, we have made all the necessary arrangements to be prepared to receive goods around mid November. And, guess what? On the morning of November 2nd, I receive an email from Trey that our goods will arrive the next day. Thanks God, we were able to free up our time from work, make all the arrangements with the elevator and get everything moved in. Heads up to the local Vancouver team who were very professional and quick with handling the move. And I am surprised that our goods were delivered safe and sound.

Dear Anna!
We would like to provide clarification regarding your claims. First of all, we would like to mention that even if your goods delivery was scheduled on the middle of November we did our best to manage the earlier delivery so that you could relocate faster and in the end we did managed to deliver the goods on the date you were originally looking for. It is very important to mention that according to our policy and FAQ section, we provide a 24 hour notice for pick up and delivery process. Our company did not charge you for additional month of storage and your invoice clearly indicates that. Please, take in consideration that the only time when you tried to reach the manager was after the move and our representative immediately provided you with his contact details and you were called by manager the day after your request. We were responsable for delivering your belongings in the same condition as before the relocation and we were definetely happy to know that your goods arrived without any damages to the final destination. We're very sorry to hear that you're not happy with the moving service provided but the crew really did try their best to accommodate all your request throughout the moving process and deliver your goods safe.

Long distance move

I just wanted to leave a short message about my experience with Centennial Moving. We had a long distance move from Alberta to Ontario. These guys were able to tote so much up and down so many flights of stairs and remain downright cheerful. We selected Centennial Moving based largely on their glowing reviews in this forum, and our trust wasn't misplaced. The move itself went smoothly; they arrived on time for pick-ups; furniture was placed as per our new floor plan; nothing was lost; nothing was damaged. I have complete confidence in recommending Centennial Moving in the highest possible terms.

Moving Service

Hired Centennial Moving to handle my 1 bedrooms apartment to 2 bedroom apartment move and this task was perfectly accomplished. I have always moved myself; I rented u-hauls, boxed everything, and hauled it around. Hiring Centennial movers seriously saved me hours of back breaking work and frustration. They disassembled my bed frame and reassembled it in my new place, wrapped the furniture in pads and plastic. Everything arrived in my new house safely and nothing was broken. I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend this company!
