TOO BUSY TO CARE OR CARRY THROUGH? (NOT SURE)
"TOO BUSY TO ACTUALLY CARE OR CARRY THROUGH -- NOT SURE?" I decided to try Bowwest Appliances (stupidly before black Friday), drove to Bow Trail location where I met a fabulous sales manager named Casey -- talk about service! Smart, to the point, organized and efficient -- I left feeling like my new washer and dryer quest was at an end. But, it was the BEGINNING OF A MIGRAINE HEADACHE. If Casey knew how bad her delivery company was I think she'd probably quit (SIGH). Make sure YOU ASK THEM WHO IS DELIVERING THE APPLIANCES. If it's Taylor from 'Big V and V Holdings' your in for a 'V'ERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE AND YOU MAY NOT EVEN GET YOUR APPLIANCES DELIVERED OR INSTALLED. The delivery company was on time, brought the appliances to the second floor and then said that because the laundry room wasn't completely cleaned out and a couch was blocking the hallway by a few inches he couldn't take out the old appliances and install the new ones. It took my tenant 4 minutes to clean out the laundry room, but by then Taylor was loaded back into his truck and leaving ***WHEN I CALLED HIM HE SAID (the kiss of death in sales btw) "IM TOO BUSY TO DO THIS INSTALL, WE HAVE TOO MANY ORDERS TO COMPLETE TODAY" -- he never offered to come back later, and rightly so got into a heated argument with my tenant. I would have argued as well to be fair. I NEVER DID GET THE WASHER AND DRYER AND 'HELPED' BOWWEST BY CANCELLING MY BUSINESS. Wouldn't want them to get too busy in a recession.
