After sales service is terrible
Had a new front entrance door and storm door installed in November of 2015. Have had on going problems with storm door not closing properly from the start. First visit to fix was told it was a windy day and that it was working fine. Second visit thank god it was not a windy day they came and spent 2.5 hours that I had to take time off work and when they left they had the door closing properly but now when the storm door closed there was a quarter inch gap, pictures sent to Scott Little at Caymen who is one of the owners who told us the pictures do not show anything, they finally came out a third time and repaired the gap they created in trying to fix the door closing. Now the latch on the storm door is broken knob stuck inside the door, have emailed Mr. Little twice, two phone messages and NO response. All I want is the door hardware replaced which was probably causing the problem to begin with and they will not respond to any calls or emails. We used this company for all our windows and patio door replacements and never had a problem thank god because there after sales service is terrible. All I want is my storm door fixed that has never worked properly from the installation in November of 2015. It is now May 2016. Very poor customer service. Please do not use this company because if you have any issues after they install their product good luck getting it dealt with.
