We have had to call them twice for service, both time they arrived promptly and fixed our dishwasher. We do not like the Samsung dishwasher we bought but the service people were good.

I just buy a counter depth samsung fridge. The door handle has a little problem. Call them, come to replace it next day. So far the fridge is great. quite, big and style less. will buy it again
