This is the 3rd time I've used Epic Roofing. I live in Vanc and have never met anyone of them. Yet, they did EVERYTHING very seamlessly. Originally, I used them for a major hailstorm in 2014 for an insurance claim. They fixed everything very well. Unfortunately, there was damage due to a windstorm in 2021 and they fixed it under the warranty 6/7 years later at no charge. Unfortunately, there was another windstorm in March 2024 which created some more minor damage. Even though, the cost was under $400, they gave me some priority. When they were delayed at another job, they took the time to communicate with the tenant and me. This time, I dealt with the the Service Mgr and the Service Project Mgr. I wish that all trades people are that great to deal with. If you're on the fence, please don't be. YOU WILL NOT REGRET CONTRACTING EPIC

From the time I asked for a quote to replace my roof to the time they completed everything, working with Epic has been a truly pleasurable experience. I really appreciated the professionalism of everyone involved, the expertise of the installation crew and their attention to detail, and the quality workmanship. Everything was cleaned up to the point that you'd never know they were even there. I have a large roof footprint and with the quality of materials used I feel I received very good value. I also had an existing roof leaking problem and EPIC knew exactly where the cause was and fixed it while installing the new roof and made sure it would not happen again. I have truly come to trust EPIC with anything to do with my roof. I am very glad that I hired EPIC for my roofing job and highly recommend them to anyone else.

This was an insurance claim from a hailstorm that caused lots of damage. Epic was responsive throughout as they communicated their project plan and the supply constraints they faced. It is obvious that Epic cares about quality and my satisfaction throughout the various stages of the work. Is was a relief for us to be able to trust them to get the job done right.

A major hailstorm damaged our roof, siding and gutters to the point of needing replacement. Epic completed the job in a timely fashion and were very professional and courteous. They worked directly with insurance which streamlined the entire process.

The contractor they hired to do the siding did an incredibly detailed job. We are really happy with the results.

After a slow start (likely due to the number of damage claims in the area), Epic replaced our roof, several windows and lastly house siding. The repairs were conducted in a timely fashion and they responded to and addressed all concerns. What was both noticeable and appreciated was the communication exhibited by Epic and their tradespersons. Keeping us updated on work schedules and progress was comforting.

EPIC has done an excellent job on the exterior, during very trying times with the difficulties in getting supplies and COVID. The crews who did the work were prompt, helpful, courteous and very patient with me and my many questions. The length of time it took to complete the work was unavoidable, and my questioning on this was always answered, politely.

Epic Roofing crushed it Jacky and his crew we have a large roof for our Family Centre, they completed it in two days and they were like "ants on a jelly doughnut" it looks so good!! Job well done, thanks Epic Roofing! From start to finish, this large facility project went smooth and without any issues.

We decided to go with Epic to replace the shingles on our roof. We heard good things about this company. After speaking with the salesperson, we were left with a good feeling going with this company. The salesperson said that we will not know Epic was there after the job was finished. If we did find anything, that was not cleaned up, to not pick it up and to call. They would send someone out to cleanup the items missed. During the work process, the roofers were great. I found them to be great when removing the old shingles. We had heard stories from friends who had items knocked off their walls from the roofers they used. We did not experience this with Epic. After the first day was over, they did an excellent job cleaning up. They came back the next day to finish the job. They finished in the evening.

The next day I walked around the house to check out the work that was done. All around the house was small pieces of plastic (from the shingle bags). I also noticed some pieces of shingles and a few nails. The eaves troughs had chipped paint, from where they attached the ladders. One of the upper eaves troughs also had some damage to it. I took pictures of everything and emailed the project manager. I did not hear anything back. I emailed him a couple more times requesting some kind of acknowledgement, but nothing came. About 4 days after they finished, the garbage bin was removed. There was more nails and asphalt debris found. Also, at the exit on one of the downspouts, there was piles of nails and chunks of shingles. I took a picture of this and email it. Eventually I had to put in a complaint with with the BBB. I still did not hear anything back. I did receive a couple invoices via email. I ended up calling Epics office to complain. The next day I got a call from the project manager. He did apologize and said this would all be straightened out. They sent out a supervisor who picked up the pieces of plastic and the nails/shingle chunks from the downspout. He also did an inspection of the roof. They also sent someone out that repaired the damaged eaves trough. BTW, they did do a great job on this. The project manager also promised they would do a thorough cleaning of the eavestrough and surrounding walkways around the house, which was not done. Now it has been over a week and no one is replying to my emails asking for the final cleanup status.

Overall, I am happy with the job they did on the roof. I would recommend that future customers pay close attention to the final cleanup. Epic does need to get a lot better at communication. Most of my emails to the project manager was ignored. As of now, I am still waiting for my walkway and driveway to be cleaned up. This is about 6 weeks after they finished the project.
