Bad quality product and poor customer service

I had a very unpleasant experience with Canadian Carpet and Tile at the Coquitlam location. I dealt with someone named Nima. He showed me a sample of the wood flooring and promised high quality material that comes with warranty. He asked for the full payment up front. When the material arrived, it did not match that sample and the quality was terrible to the point that the pieces were falling apart and shattering when the installers were handling them. I tried several times to contact Nima to let him know of my concerns and follow up on the warranty he had promised. He has not returned my calls. I would not recommend buying wood flooring from this company as I feel was duped, to taken advantage of my trust.

Poor after sales service

The initial price was OK but after paying for products from this store, and reaching out to the owner (N) for after sales service (i.e. I could not secure any), I will never buy here again. The store itself sells kitchen items, flooring, carpet, and offers a host of renovation services. I would hope that consumers understand that after sales service is absolutely essential to any purchase and where a store/owner is unresponsive or unhelpful that makes the transaction very poor in my books. Disappointing experience.

Worst Mistake of My life. Don't hire these people!

I went with this company because they were not the cheapest or the most expensive. They were in the middle. The woman who helped us was very nice and I liked her. After we paid the initial down payment, nothing went right. The job was a whole kitchen, floors, and carpets throughout my townhouse. The job was supposed to take 6 weeks over the summer of 2014. It lasted over 6 months because the contractors, which I found out later are hired outside of the company, never showed up when they were supposed to. We were told they would arrive every day at around 10 am. My husband would wait and they wouldn't show up until 5 or 6 in the evening. Demolition was horrible, different quality carpet was installed because of poor calculations, tile in my kitchen had to be redone twice because it was horribly installed and still doesn't look good to this day, unprofessional contractors. Carpet is staring to lift and wood seals between my basement carpet and the new floors is lifting and was fixed three times before the job was complete and is now lifting again. Horribly unprofessional, poor sales associates who say one thing and do another and contractors are substandard. Contractors disparaged the employees from this company to us all the time which I found really unprofessional. My husband was furious and went down to the store to talk to the owner to honour the warranty for products that were not installed properly or poorly manufactured and he was told its not their problem. I will not give these people more of my money. I should have just kicked these people out when everything went wrong. I paid in full just to get these people out of my life. Don't do business with these people ever they deserve to go out of business! I wish I could sue these jokers for all my money back. BEWARE

New Carpets

In March 23, 2014 we ordered new carpets to be installed in 2 bedrooms, living room, dinning room and family room. After the install which there was many delays, we are left with a large noticeable seam between the living room and dinning room. We complained to Nasser, Project Manager who tried several things to see if we could hide the large seam and nothing helped, finally we talked with the owner on several times and got nothing but delays, these carpets were in by July, 2014 as we had them done for our wedding day July 19 1014 and have continued to call and getting told they will contact us, delay after delay, excuses after excuses, finally the owner Nima on July 30, 2015, one year later came to our house and we all agreed he would replace the living room and dinning room carpets and he would bring us up some samples to choice from after the long weekend, again nothing happened, I called his cell on August 28, 2015 Nema said he was in middle of moving, mumbled he forgot, give him 3-4 days and he would drop off some samples. Sept 21, 2015 at 11:40 I left a message on his cell that it has been 4 weeks and still waiting for rug samples, mean while I called his store only to be put on hold each time I called, they have call display so just answered the phone "Canadian Carpet please hold" this was 4 times today, I called Nasser's, project manager's cell and he said he doesn't work for them anymore but would tell Nima about my call. Its 4:30pm Monday Sept 21, 2015 and still no reply from owner.
Left 2 messages on his cell phone also. Sept 25, 2015 now and still not heard from anyone.

kitchen y bathroom

Renodiz did some renovation for my house which included new kitchen cabinets , counter top , back splash , pot lights , some drywall repairs and painting. We also had some renovation s done in the ensuite and another bathroom which included new tile shower, tiled floors, new vanity and backplash. Everything was well done and look great , especially the new quartz counter top and cabinets. Special thanks to Nasser with the design, attention to detail, coordinate all the work and great customer service. The workers were always very professional and courteous. Anything that needed some minor afterwards was done in a timely manner. I would recommend Renodiz for anyone needing house renovation,

Renovation

We were very happy with the job Canadian carpet & tile(Renodiz) did for us in renovating our Condo!!! It took the stress out of trying to navigate through all the picking of materials and styles available to us. Roja, our designer & project manager, was a great help in this regard. We had extensive Renos from flooring to complete new walk in shower, new kitchen cupboards, counter top ,sinks, faucets, toile and painting.

I couldn't be happier.

Kitchen renovation

Worst, worst mistake was hiring this company. Very shady and dishonest company. I hired for complete kitchen Reno...they only half installed and want more money....No kitchen for over a month and counting! I paid for wood, they installed particle board. I have no drawers..., take day off work for workers to show up... No show. Major Scheduling issues, lack of communication between subcontractors and company. The price keeps changing over and over. Please don't get anything done here! T

Kitchen Backsplash/Tile

I went into Canadian Carpet & Tile to look for some tile backsplash for my kitchen and some floor tile for my washroom. Was helped right away by Nima and Roja, who were a pleasure to deal with! Their knowledge and design input helped out so much, found the perfect match in under half an hour! I will definitely be dealing with them again in the future for any other house needs.

Renovate 2 Condos

In 2012 I had Canadian Carpet & Tile renovate a rental condo I was putting up for sale. They replaced the carpet and tile in the living room, bedroom and kitchen, and replaced counter tops in the bathroom and kitchen. The unit looked fantastic and sold soon after. I was so impressed by their work I had them install quartz countertops and marble backsplash in my own condo. The results were spectacular. Nima and Roja were very helpful in advising on the best materials to use, and their sub-trade contractors were always on time and very professional.
I highly recommend Canadian Carpet and Tile to everyone considering rennovations for sale purposes or just for an aestetic upgrade to an exsisting residence.

replaced carpet on main floor

competitive price, on time with delivery and installation. Did a first class job. Our premises was kept clean and all cutting done outside was cleaned up We are completely satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of this company. Roja Gholipour project manager, with her interior design background, helped us pick the right product. She came around several times during installation of the floors to ensure to our complete satisfaction. Installers were enjoyable to have around and would explain what they were doing when we had questions. I would highly recommend this company - a 10 out of 10
