First air conditioning in 53 years of owning the house. We had always assumed it couldn't be done because of our heating system (hot water), and windows (casements). Jay, Ben, and Todd worked for 2 days, did neat work, solved problems as they went, and cleaned up afterward. It works beautifully.

Late in the season for a AC tune up always have a problem booking a reasonable time for tune ups year round. This company seems to be heavily booked. Need to source a new( smaller)company for service,more felixable hours. Work was good and Milan the service tech was very polite and explained everything he did. Also he explained a couple of things I didn't know about my thermostat which was a great help to keep our house cool during the summer. Cost was because I asked him to change the filter. We have a yearly contract for service.

Helge provided a friendly, prompt and honest service. He explained everything thoroughly. He replaced our thermostat and now the air-conditioning is not running continuously like before. It goes on and off like it should while set on auto. I would highly recommend.
