Mike &Ross arrived from Abbey Air at 9 AM on May 11/17 & were done by 6 PM. Two well trained courteous, very qualified installers from Abbey Air. My home was was clean when they left and Mike explained the wall thermostat in detail and how all the installed Lennox equipment worked. Two days prior, Abbey Air Duct cleaning service did an excellent job cleaning our duct works courtesy of our Abbey Air sales rep Michael Casey. As part of my annual maintenance contract, rep serviced my air conditioner and gave me feedback on the unit. He arrived as expected and very pleasant during the call.

Abbey Air has looked after our furnace and A/C for a number of years. This year both units had to be replaced. A schedule was agreed and the service men appeared on time and fully equipped to install the new units. The units were installed timely and neatly. Thank you Joffre and Todd for a job well done and Rob who sold us the units and looked after the order.

Serviceman arrived on time. Good attitude. Checked the outside of furnace. Attended the outside unit. Gave a
good report. All ok. Tested the inside cold air output. Change the furnace filter. Gave me a print out of the status of
my unit. I gave him a cheque for the filter. He asked if I would do a survey, I agreed.

Yearly service on the A/C and furnace. Tech provided a thorough review and discussed addition of ultraviolet light.
