Serviceman arrived on time. Good attitude. Checked the outside of furnace. Attended the outside unit. Gave a good report. All ok. Tested the inside cold air output. Change the furnace filter. Gave me a print out of the status of my unit. I gave him a cheque for the filter. He asked if I would do a survey, I agreed.
