I had a Kempenfelt team here yesterday to install 5 windows, a patio door and a front door. I have never had better service from anyone. Their products are innovative and of the highest quality. And the team of Jesse, Dave and Tyler were committed to the very best quality of service. It was wonderful to have a contractor team arrive when they said they would, answer any question, demonstrate their product operation, and go the extra mile to install the front door in a way that increased safety for my wife, who has mobility problems. From great advice from sales person Scott, to a complete installation in one day -- as promised, this was a refreshing and completely wonderful experience!

Based on extensive online research and speaking to some previous customers of Kempenfelt Windows and Doors, we chose them to replace some of our 20 year old windows. Everything from start to finish was done very well by team at Kempenfelt. Everyone we had to deal with with along the way showed great knowledge, understanding and professionalism. The work itself was done flawlessly. We will be contacting Kempenfelt again in the future to finish the rest of our windows in the house.

Ali was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain all aspects of what we were buying. The installation team of Ken, Pat, and Kegan were efficient and respectful of my property, the entire process was a breeze. They made sure to place drop cloths as soon as they arrived, ensured that we understood how to operate the new windows and patio door and cleaned up everything before they left. The quality of the windows and the workmanship of the installation were top-notch, and I can already feel a noticeable difference in the comfort of my home. I especially wanted to mention the installation team as they were fabulous and worked extremely well as a team from removing the old to installing the new windows & clean up.
