My dog had an accident I thought for sure my carpet was ruined but the professional cleaner came to the rescue and got all my stains out very accommodating I also would like to mention that they have wonderful customer service staff

Nick and Mark were courteous and professional. They arrived in the time indicated. They explained the work prior to proceeding and after they were done. They assisted in moving objects.

The technician was very professional, informative and explained everything before proceeding. He invited me to look at the cleaning process while he was doing it and had me inspect when he was done.

Bogdan was not only excellent at his job, leaving our carpets sparkling clean, but he was informative and a great story teller! He made us laugh while doing his job proficiently! We would recommend this company over and over again and we will DEFINITELY use them for all of our future carpet cleaning needs! Thank you!
