When I phoned to book an appointment, Julia was very friendly and helpful and Justin the technician was very knowledgeable about the services he provided. He assured me if I had questions or concerns to contact Alberta Carpet Cleaning. The quote was accurate but It was a bit more expensive than I thought it would have been before I called (if I’m being honest) It needed to be done -I have two dogs- and I also had the scotchguard and the biotreat done along with 2 chairs, so in the end it was money well spent and it is guaranteed.

Great service. The technician called before arriving, was on time and introduced himself at the door. He worked quickly and efficiently. Before starting he explained a bit about different fibers used in the carpet we have (advantages and disadvantages regarding shrinkage, distortion when wet and stain removal) Very happy with the results and would recommend this company to anyone.
