4 years ago Becker Windows installed windows and entrance door in my house. Recently the lock in the door abruptly failed. I was surprised as it was from well know company and not cheap. Whithout any disputes company changed me the lock and did not ask any money for that. I even did not expect such extended waranty.
I only can add that quality of widnows is very good, I do not have any problems with them.
