Regular Preventative Maintenance by Patrick
Our Regular Preventative Maintenance was performed by Patrick, a very professional certified technician. He provided us with a complete inspection and cleaning of our older electric furnace. He was very willing and knowledgeable in answering the many questions we had. He even gave us advice on how to use our electrostatic air filter that we have never used since we moved here 3 years ago. This advice saves us from buying and continually replacing the disposable air filters. We want to have our ducts cleaned since we have 3 cats, recent renovations, and a wood
burning stove, Patrick left us well informed about the Rotobrush system that Carleton Refrigeration Heating & Air Conditioning use. He ensured we were completely satisfied before he left! We will absolutely use this company again for any and all future service. Thank you!!
