The quality of the countertops is good. Meeta worked hard for my installation deadline. Ray and installation crew were great. Bathroom countertops are great, but kitchen countertops, another color, disappointing. The speckles are busy looking and background color stark white against dark cabinets. I had to return backsplash tiles to hardware store and find something else. But as for the staff, they are fantastic.
