Adam has been great about getting us what we need when we need it. Todd was really informative today and walked us through what we will need in the future.

The fan stopped on the compressor for the air conditioner. The First tech reset the relay and it seemed to fix it. 4 weeks later the same thing happened. The next tech came and checked it again. He said it was not the capacitor but the motor which would cost over $800. Jose then came to install the motor the next day but checked it again and didn't think it was the motor. Replaced the capacitor and it is working fine. Saved me hundreds, thanks for the honesty Jose!

We had a service call today and our repair person’s name was Sam. He arrived promptly, was courteous and very friendly. He took the time to explain everything that he was going to do so we could understand. And of course he figured out the issue. Excellent customer service was received today, from the person who took the call to Sam. Thank you Sam!

Rob checked and cleaned our Furnace. He did an amazing job servicing our place and he is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person. Always a go-to technician for us. We always request for him whenever we need help with our Furnace and that says a lot about him. Thanks Rob!

A leak was found in the Feed to the water heater. The service was prompt and technically very good. The Engineer was very polite ,professional and completed the job to a high standard.

Stephan was an excellant sales representative. He was very informative, also took the time to explain the specs of each peice of equipment available. Also gave us multiple options to choose from. We also had 3 quotes from different companies some large and small. Stephan came I with the best price. Install was a very pleasing experience. No issues what so ever. We are Happy all around.

Reliance Superior did a superior job in replacing my hot water tank. They provided me all of the information that I required to make a decision about what tank to buy, and the installation was flawless as far as timing and availability. They made this process simple and I would highly recommend them. I will be using this company for my furnace replacement when the time comes.

I found the hot water tank leaking. My sister recommended for me to call Reliance. I got my water tank replaced by Zane. He is very professional and pleasant, and gave me some tips. He installed the hot water tank in a timely manner. He came on time for the appointment. He also recommended for me to get the maintenance plan for my furnace as it will be beneficial fore in the long run.

Jose came out to check on the A/C , it would not start, found the problem and fixed in a very timely manner, great guy , polite, new what he was doing, and went on his way, thank you
