The service man was very polite and professional He was on time. He explained everything to me. I was pleased with the service call. I will continue to deal with Reliance. The company is dependable.

In the past, we’ve considered cancelling the System Protection Maint Plan at $30 a month, but once again, it just paid for itself! Annual maintenance was needed and the AC was out of commission during another heat wave. Our service man, Sam, was excellent. He was professional, thorough and ensured I understood the work required. He took a few extra minutes to discuss homeowner maintenance and troubleshooting tips to keep things running between annual maintenance.

Excellent professional service. Polite and responsive. On time. Service gentleman were awesome and represent the company well. I would highly recommend the company to all who are looking for either rentals or to purchase.

My air conditioner died on Thursday evening and by the time we went to bed, I had a technician come out to fix the problem. He then came back the next evening to finish charging my unit and got it running again!

Sam worked hard to get my rental airconditioner unit back up and running. Spent the time to get the settings all dialed in. Was professional and took the time to explain everything that he worked on.

He came and changed my water tank. Awesome service. Friendly and knowledgeable guy. Fast and professional job. I reccomend to anyone. Cleaned up and explained what was needed. I would call again.

Jose was very professional and pleasant .He came in to install a new thermostat and even made sure It was connected to my phone app before he left .He also cleaned our AC (even though he was sent to install the thermostat)when I mentioned that it has not been tuned up as yet

Zane did a really great job and even stayed later than planned to fix a leak that had developed due to the water pressure being back up to normal after the other repairs he had carried out. I’m very happy with everything.
