We hired Jim-L two months ago to replace our bath tub. Perfect install, even with the added challenge of the plumbers having to take out a row of floor tile first, to make sure the bathtub was level and not sitting on a floor that could never be replaced again. (I'm not a fan of built up floors. There were already three different layers of flooring there.)

They use a call service to manage calls, and seem very busy - it took 6 weeks to get our invoice after the install. That could be a minus if you're impatient, but we hired them for the plumbing. The price was as expected based on the estimate.

The plumbers are great but work fast. They will try to protect floors, etc. as they go, but supplying some of your own drop cloths is a good idea.

Terrible service!
Years ago they did some work for us and they installed the shut off valve so that you can’t actually shut it off.
In December 2017 our water heater was leaking so we called them to provide a quote for a new water heater. Jim’s son came out and said he’d send us a quote within 24-48hrs.
We never received a quote and could never get a call back.
We just received an invoice from them for services we never received! Tried calling them and no call back, surprise surprise!

I've used these guys for my rental properties for years. They do a good job, their prices are competitive, but above all they're direct and honest. I came across several untrustworthy plumbers before I found Jim-L, some of them were double the price!

Terrific company and it is hard to get a plumber on the best of days and Jamie did a great job!! We had to get to the basement via our tenants apartment for the inspection - it was messy and so awful and Jamie was so kind a gracious -he said not to worry! He did the test and away he went and sent me a bill after for it!
