I just wanted to pass along the best comment I possibly could as your guys Luke and Sam did an absolutely phenomenal job at my home. We have been using you guys for years and nobody has ever done a job as good as these guys did. They were pleasant to work with and they were very cooperative and the job was done unbelievably well. We recently used the services of Klondike Contracting for a major kitchen
and living room renovation.Klondike designed and built the reno to our specifications. We were very pleased with their professionalism and willingness to make changes along the way as required. The project turned out beautifully and was completed on time and on budget.We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a renovation project of any size.

The most recent was my third experience with Klondike Contracting I have found them to be an extremely caring yet professional company. The entire group of technicians home came to my home were the same plus highly skilled and efficient while keeping the costs down. I am of the opinion that KC seem to set the bar high. Eric Schapira was my contact and not only did he check in with his team leaders but he contacted me regularly to ensure my satisfaction. I found them to be accessible if questions arose and to respond immediately creating a stress free environment for me. The floor was executed in a timely manner as was the painting of the rooms and the trim that followed. I had previously purchased my flooring before hiring Klondike so these costs were not included in the above. I have had the opportunity to recommend Klondike Contracting and I most definitely will in the future. As a matter of fact they will be returning to my home in the fall to install hardwood flooring to the rest of the floors.
