It was extremely disappointing service, and I had to request a refund because they wouldn't ship my item after 1 week + of waiting for a tracking number. After I reached out, they let me know that they forgot to add the shipping cost, despite advertising free shipping, and I could either be refunded or pay $182 dollars because my location was "remote". After I offered several alternative non-remote delivery options, my emails went unanswered, so I just called to have my item refunded. This process was swift, but absolutely zero customer service or troubleshooting was offered. I bought a similar product on Amazon and received it within a week. My intentions were to "buy local" and support a Canadian company, but this is just another prime example of why this is usually a barrier. I won't be recommending this company to anyone.
