We have been using sunnyside for years. they are great at windows and eaves. their cleaning staff goes the extra mile even when it comes to old windows and storm windows.
Eaves cleaning
they contacted me to see if I wanted my eaves cleaned in October. They never came. they showed up in april the following year without contacting me and left and invoice.
I called them them to discuss the matter as they showed up 6 months later and i had already made other arrangements. They said they would call me back. A YEAR later they called me asking for money and didn't stop calling me.
The manager was always away, or on lunch.
In then end I paid them the 96.00 to save the time of having the explain the situation again and again.
Buyer beware, They show up whenever they feel like it and won't be available to discuss disputes.
