Standard Pest Control Services

We live in an apartment building at 21 Maynard Ave and Standard Pest Control Services have a contract with the Building Management.
Tenants noticed them using regular cans of Bugspray instead of the stronger, professional-grade more expensive spray in the pump canisters.
On our Bulletin Board, a poster says they spray the common areas every second Monday of the Month. But actually, they come every 3 month or so.

Pest control sent sheet to prepare for service. Did everything indicated, service was to include spray and powder of rooms, electrical sockets, furniture, etc.

Service was not what prep sheet indicated and so dont know if it will be effective or not. Not communicative at time of service.

Standard Pest Control dealt with a wasp infestation better than I did with several tries. I don't even know why I wasted so much money on products from Home Depot. SPC came same-day and the issue was resolved so quickly. They were pleasant to deal with and very reasonable.

I've used Standard Pest Control ever since 1999 when my elderly (83) Mother-in-Law had a mouse problem. Traps were set in her basement and living room and a technician came back 2 months to check for vermin. But my lovely Mother-inLaw died two days after the final pest control visit... and when the firm found out, the Owner didn't bill me!
With all the funeral arrangements my husband (eldest of 9 kids) and I were doing, I didn't realize until a year later we weren't billed..so I contacted the firm and mailed a cheque (better late than never)
What a fine business man who puts ethics ahead of money!
Not many businesses like that around anymore!
