I contacted Purity to come and inspect my home after being treated for bedbugs. Michael responded right away and was able to fit me in on short notice, arriving promptly the next day with Radar. They did a careful inspection of my home and gave me an all clear! I was very impressed with the their professionalism and courtesy during our meeting. Michael even gave me a demonstration of Radar's keen sense of smell by hiding a (contained) bottle of the bedbugs inside the closed dryer located behind a closed door! Wow! I am very thankful to have this service available and want to thank the Purity team for giving me back some peace of mind.

Great company. Very effective! They were extremely thorough. Able to pinpoint specific locations in the home where bed bugs were hiding (Orkin had missed these areas more than once). Was patient enough to walk through the process and results with us the homeowners. After working with them, I had my first restful sleep in months. Thank -you!

After being told by another company that we did not have bed bugs (and being bitten!) I finally decided to try a company with bed bug sniffing dogs. Thank-god I did...these guys nailed down the problem areas in about 45 minutes. The man who came to do the inspection was even sympathetic to my concerns and took time to answer all of my questions. I HOPE to never need their services again after the bed bugs are gone. BUT if they come back I will only trust this company. The price seems expensive BUT that's because the dogs need to be trained and that is a huge start up fee. The price is totally worth it for a job well done!! If you are looking for another company to do an inspection and it seems cheap - they probably don't have dogs and it is not worth your time. Trust me I know! The bed bugs have now spread because the first company could not find them! Any company that isn't using dogs CANNOT find the bed bugs in your house. They are too small and crafty. Anyways...Great service! Thank-you!

After discovering our neighbour had bed bugs we called Purity Pest Control. They responded immediately understanding our concern. Both Mr. Mike Goldman and Radar went through our condo throughly and as a result of their quality service they put our mind at rest.....no bedbugs! I highly recommend the Purity Pest Control Team!

I called Purity for the peace of mind to ensure that my rental unit was clear of a previous bedbug issue. Michael and Radar was amazing and very professional, and to prove that Radar was accurate Michael hid a container of bedbugs in the unit and Radar was able to find it in no time. I was so amazed and super relieved that I hired them to come and check my unit. It was money well spent.

We found bedbugs in our tenant's apartment and freaked!
After doing the esearch and steaming areas, taping off baseboards, etc. to try and stop the spread, we called in Purity and their sniffer dog to confirm we had eradicated the problem.

Wendy thoroughly checked the entire house. When we asked if she could also check our garage, where we have some clothing stored, she obliged.

No bedbugs were found then, and they have not reappeared.

Peace of Mind from an Industry Pioneer! Michael (and of course Radar in our case) were punctual, polite - but most of all EXPERT in their field. If you suspect an issue and want to rule out any possibility of a problem or confirm one, than no better money can be spent than on having a visit from Michael and his 'team'.
When we suspected, I called Michael, who despite having other engagements and feeling under the weather - raced over to my home within an hour.
In other words, Michael is not a fly by night operation - but a certified Entomologist (I think in a few countries) who has pioneered hunting Bed Bugs with K9s for years. It is obvious he is in this for the long haul, has invested so much into the field and genuinely cares about putting people at ease or ensuring action is taken as early as possible.
It is reassuring to see him and his 'team' work together - there is little doubt his findings (for better or for worse) will remove any uncertainty so action can be taken (or peace of mind can ensue).
If you have the need, Purity is not recommended - they are ESSENTIAL. There is no need to suffer if due diligence and action is taken early – and Michael’s dedication has now made this possible for everyone.
