The work was carried out by two very pleasant and skillful gentlemen. They did a very professional job and ensured they tidied up any mess as they proceeded. We are delighted with the result and would recommend Edmunds Home Improvements to everyone.

Hired Edmunds based on reviews. I found their work excellent but their customer service and care on the job site poor. First we were asked to pick the colour of the tiles and the sales rep said he would drop off samples. I called twice and he said he would yet never showed. A week before the install date we got a call and expressed that they would bring by samples and we ended up going into the office to pick. They showed up unannounced one day to start the job. No issue but I would have liked to have had a call the night before at least.
The crew worked fast and efficiently save that when they broke for lunch there was no clean up of the debris on the walkway and I ended up with a nail in my foot. On my way to see a doctor I mentioned this to the foreman, to which he said he guessed they were in a rush to get out to lunch and that was it.
When they finished, i was not home, the departed and did a good clean up save that they did not close the gates. Not a major issue but we have a pool in the back yard and open gates are a no no.
So why the poorer than others review, the quality of work was great but I went to the office and passed on the above and to my shock I have never heard from them.

Fantastic job, have a very big window installed, crank is durable and tucks away. Installer was professional, courteous and very tidy. Did not feel rushed when asking questions. Would hire for rest of windows.

Wow, the owner spent time with me redesigning the water downspout flow and solved a serious water issue around my home. New eavestrough looks great! Professional installation and trustworthy people that are easy to speak with. Thanks again!

I have hired Edmunds a couple of times over the decades. Both times I have been extremely pleased with everybody involved with the company, from the office staff to the estimator to those that replace the shingles. The last time they had to do a very hasty repair of two raccoon holes around the air vents before a heavy rain storm and prior to doing the whole roof.
The previous roofing company had used some inferior quality shingle that came nowhere near its lifetime expectancy and Edmunds happily took over all the paperwork and correspondence involved in getting a partial credit worth a couple of hundred dollars from IKO. Thank you very much!

Efficient, personable and highly skilled crew. Fixed skylights and did a first class shingling job as well as making repairs to the roof. Left site clean and followed up job. We were very pleased.

Their quote process was good and consistent, they had a fair price and they stuck to it. One thing they could have improved on, however, was following up after completion of the project to see if we were fully satisfied and to ensure no problems had arisen.
