We had a new roof installed. Steve was supposed to show up with the sample he never did, we looked online at the company who makes the shingle to find the color we wanted.

Three months later a shingle has come off my roof. I avoided a "fly-by-night" company and spent more in the process to try and avoid this issue and I ended up getting the issue with this company.

We needed a change for the front door so we started our search with various companies.. One of my neighbours walked by and he informed us of Edmund's a few years ago.
I went into Edmund's (I had catalogues from other places) and spoke to the receptionist who answered all my question and might I add even though her phone rang she was answering all my questions.
Steve Gibson came over for a quotation, we knew what style we wanted and Edmunds had the same type available and a previous door installer said we could not have our style installed into our home. I brought this up with Steve who said to me he knew what he was doing and even showed me the measurements. My wife said to go ahead with Edmunds.
We went back to Edmunds to choose a colour and they tried hard to find someone they sold the colour to and gave us address and colour samples.
On the date of the installation in came George and Joe. I pointed out what my issues were and George said to me don't worry once I am done you wont have any issues with this door and he has been doing this for 20 plus years. I could see both George and Joe had one thing in common like myself they let their work speak for themselves.
Whenever I deal with contractors I always get apprehensive about what can go wrong, Dealing with the receptionist and Steve was really relaxing and peaceful even with George and Joe they even had me laugh as I watched them work with each other.
Normally they should thank me for my business, however I would like to thank them for beautiful door and workmanship they brought into my home.

So if any of you are in the need of a main door all I will say enter their office, see and feel for yourself what I have.

Extremely pleased with the replacement of shingled roof yesterday.
The crew kept me informed throughout the process and recommended more efficient placement of vents. They took the initiative of adding an extension on the downspout over the roof to prevent premature deterioration of the shingles. They were hard working and left the premises without debris.
I would highly recommend them.

This is the first time I've hired Edmund's to complete work for me. I am so pleased with the work they did on my cottage I wanted to thank them publicly and to share my experience. The seven man crew showed up early regardless of the longer drive they had to take to get to the cottage. They were so efficient they had one side of the roof reshingled by lunch and the other side almost completely stripped. By 5:30 PM they had not only reshingled the cottage roof but also a small A-frame shed, and we're picking up the last pieces of their supplies. My yard was left in pristine order when they left at 6. Thank you to this fantastic Edmund's crew for making this a positive experience.

Edmunds Home Improvements did some service work for me and installed my front door. I found the company because I live in the area of the company and have worked with them a few times now. I am very pleased and satisfied with every aspect of their work!

I have been using Edmunds Home Improvements for the past 25 years now and you name it they've done it! They've done my room two different times now, fixed my eavestrough, and also replaced all my windows and doors. For the most recent project they did was some aluminum capping and replaced my door and three different round windows. We LOVE our new door! The house looks so much better (we're hoping visitors won't even notice the bricks falling off the front of the house now - they'll be too busy looking at the fabulous door).

This is the first time we used Edmunds for door replacement and roof replacement since moving to Markham 22 years ago and I must say all the work was completed very professionally and with extreme care. Installers came on site, answered all our questions and left our property very clean. All roof work was done in about 8 hours! The new door + screen door was installed very professionally as I watched the installer through the whole process. Thanks to Steve and his crew for doing such an excellent job!

Three contractors were invited to give quotes. One of them did not show up, the second one upon seeing the work, declined, and finally Edmunds came, understood my requirements and made a very reasonable quote. The work was thorough, professional and done in a timely fashion.
