Very Professional

Welland

We just replaced our roof and knew there was a leak so we thought it would be a good idea to have it checked. We were given the price with removal which is what I wanted.
Phil and Brandon came and sucked it all away! Good job boys!
Phil and Nathan came after the weekend and filled the attic with the correct amount of insulation. Gotta get used to being warm!

Attic and Basement Wall Insulation

The People (Joel, Gabe) who came to do the job were very courteous and helpful. Job was done very professionally and fully finished. Left the work site clean and tidy. We will recommend Great Northern Insulation. They deserve the good review for the job Well done.

Attic insulation by GNI

Insulation review in Ottawa

Contacted GNI after I saw the reviews on Home-stars.
Communication started not as smooth as I wish.
Late is the key word, late response, late arrival of sales person, late receiving the quote and insulation guys were late as well.
Now comes the flip, Jordan managed to reschedule the work to Sunday brought Will with him and both of them worked and finished the job.

To management I would recommend to review your operation process for that alone I would give 4/10.
For the personal you get 10/10 especially for guys like Jordan and Will.
These kind of guys are the ones you want to make sure you keep in your company.

Removal of basement fiberglass insulation
