Replace small motor on heater

Electrician was here 1hour not including 2 trips to supplier -- mostly Rumble's fault -- charged for 1 1/2 hours
Charged $30 for 2 ceiling fixture not installed . Charged $30 for a van -- totally not required for a very small job and not requested.
Electrician appeared to be an independent contractor who charged Rumble for the fixtures -- Rumble refused to question him after we complained.

Electrical repair

Random crazy power outages in parts of my 25 year old condo unit. Solved in less than an hour plus installed 2 light fixtures. Awesome, professional, courteous , affordable when other companies are taking advantage of ice storm-related problems.

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Hire these guys. I had no clue what would cause a microwave on one circuit to cause the tv on another circuit to lose power and not trip the breaker switches. Figured it out quickly and affordably.

AC disconnect and breaker

Rumble Electric's employee was very neat with his work and cleaned up his working area when the job was complete. Very satisfied with the work considering we called on such short notice too.

Rewire

We hired the Rumble Electrics when we bought a house to inspect and update our knob and tube since we believed we had some in our house. Phil himself came over, gave an estimate and sent one of his guys to do the job. I had to call him back next day to inform him about the obvious mistakes his electrician left behind. So Phil sent his guy again... The job didn't pass the ESA so We called him back once again and he didn't even apologize but sent me a new bill to pay... I laughed very hard when I saw his new bill... After 2 years we had to redo his work all over again....

Rewiring

I hired Rumble to rewire an old house about 3 years ago. They did the work for the quoted price, but it took twice as long as they estimated, and required several unexpected return trips to fix obvious problems and mistakes (like mismatched light switches). Since that time, 3 different light fixtures have stopped working altogether, and another blows bulbs at an astonishing rate. Now I have to get someone else to check the rest of their work.
