Watertite Waterproofers

I have used Watertite services for both exterior waterproofing and Underpinning our basement. For each job they provided exceptional service and knowledge, were on time and budget and completed the work as per the agreement. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The project included exterior waterproofing 2 walls on my foundation and attaching a back flow valve in the basement.
The work proved challenging on this 120 year old house but Rino and Barry and his team kept me informed of the issues and offered straight forward solutions.
The on site work was professional and respectful of the rest of the yard and garden.
Although the work took longer than expected to begin, it was well worth the wait to have Watertite do the job.
For unexpected reasons the back flow valve could not be installed at this time but I will be contacting Rino again in the near future to complete the job.

We have had two jobs done by Watertite and have been extremely satisfied with the work. The jobs were done in the estimated time, their staff were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to leave the work site in the same condition that they found it. If we needed additional waterproofing work done we would not hesitate to have Watertite do the work.

The Watertite team was extremely professional! They had to dig by hand along the side of our house in order to waterproof it with painting a seal and attaching a membrane, and also installing window wells. As they dug, they ran into big rocks and roots, which had to be removed. The job was done efficiently and they were done in 2 days! They did an amazing job of cleaning up, including our neighbour's driveway, which they had to use to put the dirt on when they were digging. The team leader, Rino, kept us informed throughout all the steps of the project. I would highly recommend Watertite!

The work was excellent ! Everyone I dealt with from sales to the work crew was personal and diligent. You do not have to shop around for other quotes. If you deal with Watertite, your water problems will be taken care of in a truly professional manner.

Mr. Averso of Watertite company provided prompt, courteous and knowledgeable assessment of the problem, water leaking into the basement; he quickly identified the problem source and the remediation required within a week after the original request for assistance. About 3 years ago, we had a water issue in our basement. We called several waterproofing companies and received several quotes with different solutions offered. Watertite came highly recommended by a relative and we were very impressed with their proposal. They were very professional, easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and their work was outstanding. Over the years, we have called Angelo and Rino to ask the occasional question and they are always very responsive and knowledgeable. About 2 1/2 years ago I contacted Rino Aversa re waterproofing our basement. Excavation followed ,by hand, right down to the foundation , by a very hardworking, friendly team. Not an easy job!! Exterior protection was installed, shrubs etc. replaced ,as well as patio stones. Now ,with the recent rainfall in May, I am sure there would have been a wet ++++7000 basement if this hadn't been done. I called Rino to say thanks again for their efficient work. I am sure he hears about it if it doesn't work........,so my compliments to them.E.D.

Had them waterproof the side of my basement they did a great job. CLEAN AND QUICK My neighbor next door was delighted as well as they worked in her driveway
as well.
