It was an arduous process to get a contract with this company. The initial estimate came with one lump sum. No workmanship guarantees included. The estimate did not include any measurements, or product depths.
After much back and forth with emails, the designer came to our home to work out the details. She proceeded to add more money for things we talked about originally.
Then they wanted a 75% deposit. They said it was the industry standard which it definitely is not. This was not disclosed until the 11th hour. Did not end up going with this company.
