We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to Cal Hatton (owner) and Dustin (installer) for the superior work and service for our home hardwood renovation project. Going into any renovation project is a scary thing and making decisions that will cost thousands are very important. Right from the first time Cal entered our house to give us an accurate quote and timeline assurance things just seem to go tickity boo. The process was incredibly efficient and the quality of Dustin's work was phenomenal. We had the company remove old existing carpet and hardwood and replace with engineered hardwood. We could not be any happier with the end product. There were a few alterations that needed to be fixed as the reno was completed. Cal and Dustin provided all the little extras that mean so much to our family. Commitment to excellent work and customer service is #1 to receive our positive feedback. We would not hesitate one bit to recommend this team for any future project. The scariness of renos was eliminated when we saw the final product and they completed the walk through to look for anything that needed minor adjustments until we were satisfied. Wow! Hatton hardwood superior service and workmanship sets this team at the top of the hardwood heap. Thanks Dustin for all of your hardwork! Renovations can be stressful as we learned, so we got estimates from three companies. All three gave us estimates within 10% of each other,however, we were very impressed with Cal at Hatton's Flooring particularly with his knowledge experience and demeanor.
Cal's brother and co-worker were exceptional and explained each part of the process during the sanding and staining and cleaned up each day. They were truly remarkable and very experienced.
Cal hadn't even asked for a deposit! Trust is not to be taken lightly and this is a company which believes of doing business in a good old fashion way. I only wish other companies had the same moral convictions. We can't say enough about the wonderful experience we've had with Cal and will spread the good news around.

It was a pleasure to work with Cal. Upon my first call he showed up here within a week to discuss our ideas. He was always honest as to what he believed would work and what made sense. He gave us options but kept our plan realistic. We chose the Woodline Parquetry Hickory 5.7" x 18 ml rubbed oil finish. Given our already installed sub-floor we had less selection but this saved us the headache of a new sub-floor or changing the footguards/baseboards. Cal was patient as I took a few months in choosing. He came here a second time to discuss again. When I went to his shop he was available to discuss by showing me samples. He is quite personable and definitely had our best interest at heart. The installers did a great job, with no requirement of follow ups. Thanks Hatton's Hardwood Floors!

Work was completely quickly and looked amazing. The employees always showed up on time and did a great job, if it wasn't for my main level being completely transformed I wouldn't have been able to tell anyone was there. Very clean and excellent final product.

I had a small repair job that many companies won't take the time of day to help with. Cal and his team quoted the job, and had it completed in less than a week. They also refinished my entire floor last year and did a Fantastic Job!

We had a renovation which involved new hardwood floors on our main floor. Due to an issue with the finish, they needed to be redone. Cal was brought in to assess the issue and determine what needed to be done (he did not do the original staining) . After some research, he was very confident he would make them look new again. Our floors turned out great and we are very happy. Mike did a great job and was very knowledgeable of the product and respectful of our home. They were very quick and were done in 2 days. We would definitely recommend them.

To Whom It May Concern, I have built many houses, done renovations with many contractors but never have I met a contractor/owner who personally came and checked once the job was completed. He kept up to his word with his timely completion of the assignment and professional work. To any Customer I would personally advise not to go with the name of the company but to go with someone like "Hatton's Hardwood" which is owned by Mr Calvert Hatton. Not only is he a nice person but listens to his Customers as to how the job should be done. Any kind of flooring or any big projects please call Hatton's Hardwood and you will not be disappointed. I am 100% satisfied with the way he did my hardwood flooring.
