I was introduced to Fernando at the beginning of this year. At first, I thought I was just going to do a total renovation to my home. However, after further consultation with Fernando, I agreed to enhance this project with a second storey addition. Fernando took care of all the details required to get the whole project going. He, very efficiently co-ordinated my project with the Architect, engineer and the City planning department. Yes, he took care of it all ... and made it so easy for me! I was very impressed with his follow-up and attention to all details throughout my project. He also incorporated great ideas that added value and practicality to my home. I would highly recommend Fernando to anyone, he is truly what all professionals should be.
