My Generalaire 1420 humidifier stopped working and needed to be replaced. I called Holmes Heating and they quickly sent a team of two employees the next day with a new unit to install. They were very courteous and professional, quickly and efficiently removing the old unit and installing the new one. They explained the operation of the system to me and showed me how it worked, safety considerations, etc. I was very impressed with Ryan and Hys and would recommend this company and these guys without hesitation.
