Etobicoke Service Centre Ltd. Beam Central Vacuum Systems

I purchased a Sebo D4 Premium vacuum cleaner about 7 or 8yrs ago and required a warranty repair however I had misplaced my receipt. Bill at Beam Central Vacuum was kind enough to trust my story that it was true and honoured the warranty repair. I assumed the repair will take a few days for delivery of new part & labour work but to my surprise in order to save me a return trip. Bill set aside his initial task of repairs and accommodated me immediately while I wait. In order to accommodate the immediate repairs, Bill gave me a replacement piece from a brand new unit just to save me a trip since he was just informed that I was limited on time due to my family commitments to my wife and 2 girls where time is never on my side. I have purchased 2 quality vacuums from Beam Central Vacuum over the last 20yrs and through this act of kindness, trust, efficiency, willingness to accommodate my best interest which has assured me that there are still good people operating retail businesses in town. I am planning to rebuild my home soon and will definitely utilize Bill's services in a central vacuum system along with an air cleaner for the furnace since I have 2 cats and asthma just to return the favour and to show my appreciation of his commitment in servicing the GTA Community. Forget about shopping at Amazon for vacuums. Yesterday, I bought an Electolux vacuum From Etobicoke Service. The pricing was so much better than Amazon. But equally as important, I got great service from Bill. Bill gave me valuable pointers on the operation, care and maintenance of my new vacuum. Expert advice is quite a rarity these days.

Excellent down-to-earth small business service
This review is for the Etobicoke Service Centre on Dundas West in Etobicoke. After many years of faithful service our central vac gave up the ghost so we went to Beam Vacuum with the goal of finding a similarly reliable machine. Bill matter-of-factly took us through the pluses and minuses of the options, then left us alone to make up our minds.

I thought about trying to save the install fee by doing it myself, but I had looked at how the old machine was attached and knew it would be tricky. George came out to install and it indeed took him a while, but he successfully did so with good humour. Overall a very good experience of “old school” customer service from a neighbourhood business. Nice.

I had the pleasure of finding this vacuum depot in Etobicoke. The level of service and friendliness was unmatched! As an entrepreneur running a cleaning business, we exchanged some great convo and really connected.

The assortment of product and genuine consultation was very much appreciated. I got exactly what I needed and for a very reasonable price.

My vacuum needed repair and I took it to the Etobicoke Beam Vacuum Store.I was told it was unrepairable due to some melted plastic parts.It was three months old and I had no bill of sale.
I phoned the manufacturer, Eureka, and was referred back to the same store because it was one of their recommended repair stores.
Beam submitted the claim on my behalf and Eureka sent them a new, same model vacuum.Beam then contacted me and I picked up the new machine.Beam took their time a trouble for me, a no cash sale, and I appreciate it.
