Custom home built using Rijus for blueprint. Please consider this when building your dream home with this company. Firstly they were very difficult to work with and changed HVAC design for our basement without first consulting us resulting in odd heights and restricted access in our basement. When questioned about this they said and I quote Im done working with you people they took too much time to build causing us thousands in Airbnb costs. Electrician for Dehaan overcharged us 7k for terrible workmanship uneven lighting 3 times as many outlets as required without consulting first. Massive leak through our pot light which was never addressed properly however gave us extension warranty. They took our surplus hardwoods 300 sq ft and left us with one plank. Talked poorly about us within earshot. Turned our dream home into a nightmare. Luckily we have been able to repair most things and are happy with our home now that we have been living there for 3 years.
