originally i had them come to spray for carpenter ants in my house, then they convinced me i needed to buy a "yearly" service - they came out tomy house whenever I requested.

I had them spray outside in the garden too. However, the first time the representative did not want to climb up into the attic to get @ where the ants were. This was not acceptable and we had to get a supervisor come out to finish the job
