Called in for a service to fix hot water tank. The technician was great and very informative. About 2 hours later the same incident happened and I called for a service again. I had 2 parts replaced recommended by the technician. After a month it leaked water again. When I called I was refused service because they said I refused to pay and nothing was wrong with my machine. The man Doug was right out rude and accused me of a bad review on Facebook. I guess it happens frequently. He never offered to look into the case. Based on his notes I refused to pay and asking for a second service when nothing was wrong. I don't understand why would a restaurant call for a service if nothing was wrong. Based on a company with such great reviews I was surprised with the attitude. This is my review from a restaurant that operated for 7 years. Good luck to other restaurants that decides to use this company.
