Anthony, Derek and John provided excellent service for our air conditioner unit. Office was great with phone calls to provide date and time for appointments. Service was quick and the job was well done. So good to have our new air conditioner unit installed in time for this hot weather.

What a great job Anthony and Derek from Northwest Gas did. They were clean, tidy and professional with all of the work they carried out.
At all stages in the process I was kept informed on how long things would take. They also fitted me in at short notice. The unit is working great and nice and chilled in the house. I would highly recommend anyone that needs furnace or A.C. service and installation. These guys are the experts and happy to recommend them and give a 5 stars.
They are trustworthy, reliable and honest. Thanks for the great job and will definitely use you again when needed and will pass on the word for sure.

Antony and John did excellent work. They were prompt and their work was completely professional. They did thorough inspection after the work and explained about the whole work they did.

I had contacted Northwest Gas a few weeks ago as there was no heat coming from my furnace. From that appt., they recommended I replace a switch even though they temporarily got the unit working. There was no pressure to do so, so I called them back a week or two later, just the other day. Derek showed up at my door, the same day I told the reception that I was ready to go ahead with the part. The serviceman was polite, friendly and had the part placed and the furnace working in 2o about 15 minutes. I was most pleased.

Northwest gas came in and replaced our geothermal unit (not many companies were familiar with) with a propane furnace system. They've saved us so much money on heating with the new update. The whole crew was professional, knowledgable and very efficient. Will definitely recommend them in the future!
