Poor Customer Service. No honoring of product.
We purchased lighting fixtures and accessories from this company to remodel our home. The price I thought was very high but presumed we were getting a good value from a reputable company. As we near completion of our renovation, we are finding that we would like to install LED compatible switches and Robinson has denied our exchange. Front desk was being difficult and blameful, spoke over me while trying to find a list of reasons why the items were non-refundable even though switches were in original packaging. The manager was difficult to access, only saw me with insistence, then gave same negative blameful excuses without any interest in hearing my perspective. I am out $1,000 and will not return to this company. I recommend you go elsewhere if you are thinking that there is any possibility of having to return merchandise.
