The Marble Factory

With our independent contractor, we chose The Marble Factory for the major part of bathroom project. We had the complete walk-in shower component installed and the bathroom cabinet with marble countertop installed by The Marble Factory.
Mark, Brad and Joe were the workers for our project. Such nice guys and hard workers. They certainly knew what they were doing. They were very meticulous, conscientious and thorough. They communicated well with us. We really enjoyed having them here, such fun guys!

They came out to measure the vanities. I went to shop to pick out countertops material and also fell in love with Pearl faucets. They showed up on time, removed old countertops, installed everything. It all works well and they look fabulous! Extremely happy with the customer service, speedy responses to emails, the cost and quality of the countertops. Mark and Steph did an excellent job installing everything, cleaning up and making sure I was happy with the work.

Marble Factory was referred to me by a friend. When I went to the store I met Amy who who helped me pick out a sink style. During this process she gave me some colour samples to take home to match the bathroom. We then arranged a time to have their technical install the sink. Everything went well from start to finish. I would recommend The Marble Factory to anyone looking to install cultured stone products.

Shower renovation and bathroom fixture upgrades.

In-store guidance by Amy and Tony's overseeing of the supplies, design, sourcing, and ordering of all the project components, were essential in minimizing stress during the renovation.

They were a bit more expensive than the others, but they were upfront with the cost and didn't play games with the numbers. They listened to what I wanted, brought in ahigh quality parts and did a great job installing it.

When our shower developed a leak in the plumbing, we decided to replace our whole shower. We went to The Marble Factory and they worked with us to custom design the base and they were able to build us a shower that did not require us to totally redo our whole bathroom. We found the company very easy to work with and the installers were professional, courteous and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to use them again.

We are very happy with our shower surround. I had gotten a few quotes but decided to go with the Marble Factory. I ordered my shower base with them so i wanted to stay with the same company.
Mark came and measured for the install and it was nice to know that the same person who measured also installed. He was always very polite and professional. Mark's attention to detail was very impressive. Very happy with our end result.

The marble factory did a good job with the work they did on our bathroom. They really cared about their workmanship and said to call if we had any problems or warranty issues.

Very pleased with the service and quality of workmanship. They were on time and completed the work as scheduled. They patiently answered all our questions and gave good advice on the DYI part of the project.
