We ordered over $30,000 in windows from this company and we did not receive screens for 4 windows. We have tried for over 9 months to get the screens and it is just one excuse after another. People have quit working with this company in Manitoba and there is no one who will help. Nice windows- too bad we can't use them. What a disgusting way to treat customers. For $300 you could have had a very happy and content customer and I would have gone with this company to get the other 15 windows we need. I am now looking for another company for a similar product. The company could care less about the customers once they get their money. Stay away from Euroline.

We are sorry that you had a negative experience that involved our product.
However, as we discussed on the phone, your review is inaccurate, as you did not purchase the product from us directly, but rather through a reseller, who is no longer in business.
It appears that at some point 3 screens went missing, even though they had been sent out with the order from our end.
While we have no control over what happens to product when it leaves the plant, we hope that you are now enjoying your windows with the additional screens we sent you at no cost.
