Owner makes promises, takes deposit and then avoids phone calls & emails. Avoid this company at ALL costs.

Hired them to open pool they came out , confirmed leak , told me they would send some one back for leak , I had to call three times to get them to come back out - 2 weeks later . Then I got water in within two days , called them back to come finish the opening took three more calls and 2 and half weeks to get them back . Now week later pool still looks like a swamp and no one will pick up phone there

This is the worst service I have ever encountered! ( Not the staff, the owner!)
I bought a sloar blanket, and it sat in the showroom for over a month wothout ever being installed. I tried calling, never got a call back (5 times)
Hopeless I wont go there again!

In all my 38 years on this planet I have never had as poor of an experience as with this joke of a company. We called in April to get our pool opened for “free” due to the poor closing we got from them last year. They of course blamed all sorts of other things for the poor closing but fine we gave them the benefit of the doubt.

On top of the pool opening we gave them some business. Change our outdated coping around the pool and convert to salt. They said we had a leak and would address that as well. We were told everything would be done by the end of June the latest (direct from owner) its August 7th and only the leak coping has been done. We’ve had some pump running for about a week or more and are told the pump has to stay until water fills the pool but they just can’t seem to get water here. We keep hearing tomorrow when we get through to someone but tomorrow never comes.

My wife has been upset and has called several times leaving messages for joe to call back and he never does. A bill showed up for the work which isn’t even completed yet. The pump is still racking up our energy bill. We called Mccrakens water to see if they have been busy or why it is we haven’t gotten water yet they said they had no order from this company and don’t do business with them anymore as they have outstanding bills.

By the time our pool is finally open and converted to salt the season will likely be over. All these guys do is make excuses. Do yourself a favour and find an out of town pool company if your in Cobourg because there are no good options here.

We have had our pool for 1 year and already have to have the liner and winter cover replaced, all due to their carelessness when closing our pool in the winter! We were entitled to a free pool opening as well, but don't let them fool you!! They eventually showed up and removed our winter cover in which half if it was already torn away from the walls of the pool and then decided to come back a week later to have "quickly" vacuum itand throw a bag of salt in it. Every other chemical that was to go in, we paid for and that includes numerous bags of salt and jugs of liquid chlorine because something isn't working properly with the cylinder that converts the salt to chlorine, but do you think that after numerous phone calls that someone has come to fix the issue... NO they haven't. They are too busy installing all their new pools that they don't have time to take care of their current customers needs. So if you are thinking about getting a swimming pool and want to avoid any headaches with the installation and potentially costing you many extra $$ in up keep, then I would highly recommend you find a different pool company! Oh I almost forgot... when they first showed up to dig the hole... one of the guys said we took his cell phone (Which never happened btw) and he refused to come back! Guess that should have been a "sign" right there!!!

I had a pool installed by these people a few years ago. They took 4 months to install it because they didn't know how to handle a large rock during excavation. During installation of the pool walls, they backfilled early on. This caused the pool walls to start collapsing into the pool. They stabilized the condition and then tried to pull the pool walls back without removing the backfill. They finished the pool like that, with warped walls. The bottom of the pool heaved within a week of installation and they said they could not fix it.
