Maize Siding & Eavestroughing

I was a little uneasy about letting anyone fix my century old home but Maize Siding’s team of experts did an excellent job! From start to finish they showed professionalism and took special care of my old house. New fascia header board, fascia and soffit were installed in just one day. I was lucky enough to watch the father and son team hard at work and they were very kind to answer all my questions. My house is over a hundred years old so making everything look straight was not an easy task but they were very patient and did an excellent job. I would gladly recommend the Maize Team any day!

They did great work, matched my eavestrough and downspouts to my roof, siding and brick. They came back repaired damage caused by another contractor at no extra cost to me. Would recommend them to any one who asks.

We called for an estimate early in March, essentially just hoping to get on the list of customers for when the snow went away. We thought it would be impossible to install the eaves with all the snow around the house.
Very quickly, Alexis (Operations Manager) came to our house, provided an estimate and told us that they could proceed with the work almost immediately.
Their installers showed up about a week later and did a fantastic job of the installation. Because of the timing, we had the new eaves trough in before the snow started to melt, which was great.
Also, instead of asking for a huge deposit up front, Alexis told us that he didn't want a deposit and that they would invoice us only after the work was done and we were completely happy with it. That was a very good sign that they have confidence in their work.
We were so happy with this first job that we will use them to install new siding on our home.
I highly recommend them...I can see why they have been in business for so long.

we were very pleased with every aspect of the job so far, we liked how Frank did the estimate and evaluation, we like how your crew/team did the entire job in one day in the middle of winter, i liked how they put up with my French for longer than most, we like how they cleaned up, provided advice and even thought outside the box a bit on the back of the house overlooking the ravine where we were not going to install eavestroughing, they put a little extension at each end so if we change our minds in the future, they can easily add the 2 pieces and connect it to the system – nice touch!

They cleaned up very well, probably too well because they removed all the scrap aluminum!!! But I'm not complaining, it would just have sat around here for 10 years making the place look bad, so they did us a favour – hey, maybe The Wife told them to take it all away with them if they could, so it's all good

The charges were reasonable
The best part is the system is actually draining water in the warmer winter days, the old system just froze and backed up, so it is meeting our objectives

Maize was a pleasure to deal with. They provided excellent service, product and installation! They even took a picture of exposed wood near a window so that we can advise our homebuilder. Highly recommended.

I have dealt with Maize before and as an estimator I have always been happy with their pricing. The job was well done and done on time. It's nice to deal with a company who specializes because they know their stuff and they are efficient.

Martin was extremely courteous. There was a slight mix up with install date and I was under a tight deadline so Martin made sure it happened the very next day! Crew was very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Looks way better than before!
