Job was done on time and on budget. The crew were polite and soft spoken. It was a pleasure watching such a precision install. No mistakes and very quick and efficient install. Could not be happier!

Moved into a new subdivision 2 years ago and had many eaves company stop in to sell their service. After getting quotes from all of them, doing some online research (including reviews on this site) and speaking to friends we decided to go with Maize since it appeared they had good product and good customer service. The install day went great, crew was quick, clean and efficient. We were told some adjustments may be needed and potential leaks may occur at which point we should contact them for simple fixes, it was all covered. Good so far...until the post install customer service. Over a period of 3.5 months I spoke to my "site rep", the receptionist at Maize and even the manager/owner for a total of 8 calls...that's not even one call a week. Every time I was told the same line "it should get done this week, the repair crew is in your area"...but nearly 4 months later and nothing yet. Funny enough I see their trucks around my sub-division all the time and have even stopped and asked them for the quick fix but they always say it's not on their daily schedule. What would be a 20min job to fix everything has dragged out for 4 months.

If Maize can guarantee you that they will install everything and never have to come back then I would recommend them. Otherwise I would go with someone else.

Robert provided a timely and fair estimate and was prompt at responding to emails. We had to wait several weeks for the installation to be completed, but this was expected, as it was explained to us during the estimate. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship, materials and overall outcome. One of the pieces did not match our fascia and Robert made sure this was replaced promptly. We would not hesitate to recommend Maize for installation of eavestrough.

We are very pleased with the work that Maize provided for us. We felt very comfortable when we met with them, that they knew what they were talking about, and that they would be providing us with honest, reliable work. The price that we were quoted was also excellent. So far, we have had no issues with the eaves.

There was some lag between when we got our quote and when the work actually got done. However, when I contacted Maize to follow-up, workers showed up the very next day. The work was done so fast (I think it took them less than 2 hours for our 2400sq foot home).

The tradesmen showed up when we were advised they would, were extremely efficient, courteous and hardworking. It was an extremely cold November day and yet they were finished in less than 3 hours leaving behind a very clean worksite.
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

Had great experience with Maize replacing eavestroughing on detached home and detached garage plus adding new drip edge. Alain made the quotation process easy and was happy to come back a couple of times to finalize the plan as I had changed my mind on some details. Product looks great and they did a good job recommending colours that complement my home's brick and soffit colour. I appreciated that having the new downspouts adjusted to accommodate easy connection and disconnection to/from rain barrels was standard practice for them. Price was very reasonable and a lot lower than I had quoted by another firm for less extensive work a few years ago. No deposit required with full invoicing of the job after satisfactory completion was also appreciated.

I contacted Maize for a quote on eavestrough. They were very professional and emailed me a quote with exact dimensions of my home etc. I didn't even need to be there for them to come and install. It was perfect and their work is high quality!
