Soffits, facia, eaves troughs, shingles
Doing a complete exterior renovation on my house and hired Mr Exterior to do a good portion of the work. A crew came out to install new soffits and facia. The crew did ok but they were quite slow( 4 days) and there are a few small adjustments required. A week later I still had no eaves. Of course there was rain and my basement windows leaked as the window wells filled up. Called the owner as I do not understand why we were left with no eaves for so long. She claimed that a different crew was responsible for this job. The next morning a crew came and installed the eaves, but no downspouts. We needed to carry on to the roofing job and the owner was very hard to contact. When she was reached she claimed to be "To busy doing estimates to schedule our work" Are you serious!!!! After many attempts we gave up and hired another company to do the roofing. We have made many more attempts to get in touch with the owner but our calls are screened and we are given many excuses why no one can come to the phone. Strikes me as a bit odd. Find someone else people. May be a bit more money, but well worth it to go with someone more reliable.

Hello Nicole & Dave,
Your job was a very large house attached garage. It would have taken every company in the city 4 days to complete. And what you forgot to tell people is that your siding guys were behind and we had to reschedule you twice. I also moved people around to fit you in. To add you only waited the weekend to get your eavestroughs installed. The soffit was completed on the Thursday, and the eavestrough truck was scheduled to come on the Monday afternoon but it rained. Remember I had to squeeze you in because of rebooking your soffit because your siding guys were behind because of the rain. They were at your house first thing Tuesday morning. After all the hassle we got with being nice and trying to work around you and your siding guys schedule, I did not feel comfortable with doing your roof. It is true, we are a small busy company that is going through some growing pains. I am out of my office doing estimates a lot because this is our busy time of the season, but I do try to call most people back. Dave only call late last week to have the downpipes installed. You need to realize that some people can't drop everything and be at your beckon call.
