Reupholster small bench and sofa cushion covers

Furniture review in Niagara-on-the-Lake

I ordered fabric for my small bench, it was discontinued. When I returned to choose another fabric the tacks had been removed. It is wrong to start a job without the materials to do the job. I was told by the owner that I would have to choose another fabric.
The toss cushions were poorly made - zippers not hidden as requested, large metal zippers, raw edges on the outside and many loose threads, corners rounded and all cushions different sizes - I asked for 22 cushions.
The owner is argumentative and will not refund my deposit.
I will be proceeding with the Better Business Bureau.
