Brought in 2020 Toro lawnmower, explained what was happening, start but would not stay running, got call at 3:00pm that lawnmower ready for pickup and when i asked what was wrong it was carb jets so rebuilt it.
Also advised to pickup within 24 hours of call otherwise $5.00 per day charge. Showed up next day at 11:00AM a small note saying back in 30 minutes. Came back 45 minutes later and invoice for service showed replaced air filter and spark plug, in which i had replaced about 6 grass cuts before or 2 months. I asked why i wasn't informed of quote for extra parts and the answer was i need to request quote. Normally businesses send quote before repairing? I said plug and air filter not that old and response was well new carb so plug maybe fouled and probably needed new air filter. When loaded in vehicle i asked about air filter with technician and that it wasn't old 2 months and response was it looked dirty. I will not be back for any lawn mower or snow blower service etc. Staff is not friendly and customer service terrible.
